Optimal Skincare for Women
Daily: In the morning cleanse your skin with water and Cleanser. Wash cleanser off thoroughly and leave skin wet. While still wet, work in a small amount (about size of a pea) of Moisturiser to face, neck and chest. Allow your skin to dry naturally, do not pat dry. Then apply Sunscreen if you will be in the sun. Wait five to ten minutes and apply makeup if desired.
 
In the evening: Use the Cleanser to remove makeup. Wash with water and then apply Moisturiser. We recommend applying the Stimulating Cream for around the eyes (or areas treated by laser). Use Body Lotion for the rest of your body.
 
Weekly: Once, but not more than twice a week, use the Scrub to the face, to tighten skin and help exfoliate the dead skin layer. Always apply Moisturiser as above afterwards. If your skin is sensitive or thin, you may need to use the Scrub only once a month and no more than every second week.
 
Monthly: use the Clay Masque after cleansing, then apply Moisturiser.
